Fees and Funding

Cost of non-funded places per month when attending 9am – 1:30 daily

• 5 days = £400 per month

• 4 days = £320 per month

• 3 days = £240 per month

• Part time 2 days one week and 3 days the next week = £190

• Two days = £160 per month

 

Afternoon sessions* 1.30pm -3pm are charged £11.08 per hour

 

 

*Afternoon sessions cannot be booked on their own.

 

Children are welcomed in from 8:50am daily we ask that parents leave by 9.15am, this offers a soft start to the day and time for parents to stay and play with their child if they wish to. Please try to be in for 9.30am as later than this can disrupt the play and settling time for the children. Our core session runs from 8.50am -1.30pm with the options of afternoon sessions from 1.30-3pm Monday- Thursday. 

 

If you are entitled to 30 hours of funded childcare all fee costs are covered for a fulltime place.  

 

If you are entitled to 15 hours of Funded childcare, this is offered as 2 short days (9am to 1:30pm) and 1 long day day (9am – 3pm). Any additional days will be charged for. Wherever possible, we will offer parents choice of days at the start of their placement.

 

If wanting to extend over the 15 funded hours parents have flexibility of adding afternoon sessions to their short days or adding extra days according to needs.  This is not covered by the funding, and you will be charged for the additional hours/days.

 

The fees do not cover consumables like meals, nappies, additional activities and trips. We ask that all parents provide their child’s nappies and wipes. Parents work a rotating food shift and supply food for all children and adults on their food shift day. This offers all children a home cooked nutritious snack and lunch daily.

 

General childcare fees are then paid on the first day of each month, please arrange with your bank to make standing order. Please ensure all fee payments are paid between the 1st and 14th of each month.

 

Other forms of payments may be accepted and you may be eligible for additional funding. If you feel this applies to you, please notify us.
